Think big – the ZEISS ATOS LRX with large measuring fields

ZEISS ATOS LRX with MV2000 revolutionizes 3D scanning for particularly large areas. The basic technology is ATOS 5X, which enables the 3D scanner to quickly and precisely capture large-volume components. This increases efficiency for industries that previously had little or no access to 3D models of the products they produced due to their component sizes.

It is useful for all industries and production facilities that require accurate optical 3D scans of large components. Examples of this are:

  • • Aerospace
  • • Automotive industry
  • • Turbine and engine construction
  • • Chassis for trains

Scan approx. 4 square meters with one shot – well below 0.1 mm accuracy

A powerful light source and the large measuring field of ZEISS ATOS LRX provides full-surface data on a large component. The 3D scanner records up to 2 x 12 million coordinate points in one measurement. The very bright laser light source is insensitive to ambient light, requires only short exposure times, even on shiny and dark surfaces, and also captures complex geometries
